    Empty Trees

    Hi,

I've got a site that has been running for years without any issues but is now not displaying any nodes with the trees.

    So far I've

    • checked the permissions
    • touch the web.config
    • checked the umbracoLog table, but no errors exist
    • watched site loading. Tree.aspx returns ok with an empty <tree />. There are no errors.
The site is running on shared hosting (ehosting) so I have limited control. Have I missed anything?
    Cheers,
    Chris

    Hi Chris

Have you tried contactin support to figure out if something has changed on the server? What version of Umbraco are we talking about? And do you have an idea about how many nodes etc. are in the solution?

Do you have access to the app pool or would you need to get in touch with support to figure out if the right permissions have been set on the app pool user as well?

Do you get any error messages in a browser console?

    /Jan

Try checking the AJAX calls that popular the tree, e.g. TreeDataService.ashx and/or TreeClientService.asmx.  Never know, might find a lovely 500 error in there?

    Cheers, Lee.

    Hi,

I am having the same problem, please have a look at the following

    http://our.umbraco.org/forum/core/general/3945-Content-Tree-not-loading?p=3

what should I do? permission is ok I used the uGoLive to verify,

I used 4.7 to build my website, then when I face this issue I upgraded to to UmbracoCms.4.11.6 but the issue remains

    any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance
