    ClientDependency and Upgrading

    Hi all

    In the codeplex upgrade notes for Upgrading from 4.10.x to 4.11.0 there is the following line:

    "Make sure to change the version number in config/ClientDependency.config."

    Just wondering why this is necessary...?
