    redirect errors since upgrading to 4.11.1

    redirects are failing and now throwing 500.22 errors...

    must of had some issues in the web.config - used the latest from the 4.11.1 codeset and added in required elements for additional components. seems to be working now. also had to replace all web redirects on IIS and replace them with URL Rewrite entries... knock on wood... hope this is the last of issues...
