Installing without specifying login and password

I may have done some stupid (which is very probable). During the installation i specified the connectionsettings for my remote database.

I cant remember that during the installation of Umbraco wether i specified an account to log in Umbraco with.
Is there a way i can specify an account or default temp account to login, create a new account?

    Thanks in Advance

An update to this problem: Through the normal installation process which starts by visitig the root of the website i noticed i had to change some permissions on some folders. After i did that it just went from step 2 to 6.

I dont get to create a user, so now i cant log into the backend.

Yea, you will need to start again.  Dont think there is away to get those details back.  They maybe be stored in a Umbraco configuration file, but i dont think so.
