Doc2Form not compatible with 6.0.0

After upgrading to 6.0.0, Doc2Form no longer writes the form data to tree nodes.

There are some breaking changes in the old API in v6. Biggest is that you always need to call .Save() otherwise nothing is saved:

So Doc2Form probably needs to be updated.
