The page isn't redirecting properly (Too many redirects)

    Hi,

I tried to find solution but no luck.

I have two websites EN and ES. They were working very fine.

Right now, if I goto main domain, it keeps redirecting me to "maindomain.com/es" and then the error "Too many redirects", means the home page is not diplaying, all child nodes are fine if I go directly to their url.

Even the second node 'es' is also giving me the same error message.

    - I did republish the entire site.

    - tried to change the name of the nodes.

No luck at all. It is redirecting to nowhere.

    Urgent help needed.

    Thank you

It sounds like the redirects are bouncing between the two pages. Double check your redirect rules to make sure there isn't an infinite loop of redirects going on.

Have you got the correct language set for each site? OR are they both set to the same language?

Sorry, those are nodes under one site 'EN' and 'ES'. 1st is 'EN'. Just change in content.

I am not sure if I can set languages for them.

    ??

any idea, how to get my home pages back?

    Any help??

    I am really stuck..

    ????

    Solved:

"Macros" was the problem. I think I messed up the user controls used in macros during new upload. (eg. 'form' macro had the 'form.ascx' and after new upload it was changed to something else like 'none.ascx'). That form was on home page and it was not able to find the macro used in RTE.

By placing appropriate files to the macros my page appears as before. I'm so glad.
