    umbraco.BasePages.BasePage.doLogin Timeout Expired Error

We are consistently receiving the following error when logging into the CMS. From someone else's suggestion, we have been truncating the umbracoLog table to fix the error, however logging is off, the table is empty and the truncate takes around 4 minutes to run, so something else must be wrong.

I believe it is the insert into umbracoUserLogins that is actually hanging.

    Any ideas?
