    Copying Umbraco site to new URL

    Hi,

    I have a customised version of Umbraco that we need to re-skin each time it is deployed to a new domain.

    I have backed up and restored the DB to the new DB, copied the site files over and changed the connection string.

    The site loads and works almost as it should.

    The problem is that the links to the documents are still showing the old URL

    Does anyone know how I can rectify this please?

    In fact, even when I create a new page, the link is still referencing the old URL

    Republish everything on the new site.

    Make sure its the republish on the very top most node, not just a normal publish thats available on other nodes. There is a difference.
