We have been attempting to publish an Umbraco site to Azure, where we are using a SQL Database, rather than a local .sdf file. After setting up the site in WebMatrix when we do a publish we get the following issues:

1. The check compatibility stage says "Not Available" on the Database (umbracoDbDNS) items
2. Proceeding with the publish does the following...
3. creates a website on Azure
4. creates a database on Azure
5. gives this error: "Could not publish the site. Could not publish to the remote database. Please ensure the publish profile contains a database and verify that the remote database is accessible."

We have triple checked usernames and passwords, and have connected with SQL manager, etc. successfully.
