There has been talks about full Azure support for Umbraco for a while, and I was wondering what the status is. Is the accelerator route still the only way to get a scalable Umbraco setup working on Azure? 

Now that azure websites fully supports SSL, it would be nice to be able to use it to deploy an umbraco site and not have to use the accelerator.
