Unable to insert third party media - Umbraco 6

I am working with a fresh install of Umbraco 6.1.3 and am unable to insert a YouTube video in my rich text field. I click the button, get the pop up, enter the URL, tab out of that field or click anywhere. I get a PacMan in the preview area and several minutes later Error. If I enter the iframe code in the source tab I do get preview. In either situation, the Insert button remains greyed out, cannot insert the video.

Seems to work fine here on 6.1.2 in Chrome

What version of Umbraco are you using and which browser and version ?

As I said above, Umbraco 6.1.3. Running under IIS on Windows server. Using IE9 on Windows 7. Umbraco is in a virtual/sub folder if that makes any difference.

That can be a problem. I don't think umbraco works well in a virtual directory

I moved my Umbraco 6.1.3 back to the root directory and the problem still is there. It does not exist in 6.1.2, that version seems to work just fine, at least on localhost. My 6.1.3 is on the dev web server.
