Not sure how best to word this but we are going around in circles at the moment.
I have installed a fresh version of Umbraco 6 on our VPS today. A freelancer who is working on developing the site wants to link his local install of Umbraco to the live DB on the server so that he can upload and overwrite the files periodically and leave the DB intact. What is the best of doing this?
He has already started working on his local set of doc types and templates and would like to preserve these, is it possible or pretty tricky to do?
