When will Umbraco mature for professional use?

I have just wettened my toes with Umbraco and have to say that I am deeply worried about this product. There are so many errors and problems, that I hardly know where to start. And the company is intrusive.

    1. Took several trials to install in server setup with Web/app server on one box and SQL Server on another.
    2. The Umbraco install page does not work. I had to use another access and Chrome.
    3. Stupid password rules for admin user. Why not use common sense and good practise on password rules?
    4. Offensive when requiring to enter an adress when signing up for this site
    5. Sending unsolicted email to me after installing Umbraco. WTF? What happened to professionalism guys?
These are just a few things. I started out with a positive attitude, but this product and company definitely needs to move from early preproduction to a more stable and polite stage.
If anyone knows why the quality is so low, I am open for discussion.
    Thanks,
    Peter
