I've given the NETWORK SERVICE, App Pool Service Account, and IUSR account full control to the entire site and I still cannot install Umbraco.
I see the install page no css and no images. Also when I get to the db page it just shows 0 percent progress?
Are there any dependencies I should know of?
This is what the install page looks like....Please not there are no errors in event viewer.
Resolved Static Content wasn't enabled in Windows Features. See resolution here: http://forums.iis.net/t/1165201.aspx?Content+Length+0+for+CSS+Javascript+and+Images
