    Hyperlinks not rendering after upgrade to v7

    I just finished upgrading a v6 site to v7.  Hyperlink are no longer rendering correctly.  In source mode of the editor, they look like this:

    <a href="/umbraco/{localLink:1202}">text</a>

    After save & publish, the live site looks like this:

    <a href="/umbraco/{localLink:1202}" >text</a>

    I believe I correctly merged all the settings files.  Does anyone have any ideas?

    This issue is resolved.  I did not restart the server after installing .NET 4.5.  After I restarted, I had to redo the hyperlink in the editor but it then rendered correctly.
