Installing Local Package - upload loop

Hi good people of Our Umbraco.

I'm a beginner installing Umbraco 6.1.6 on my webserver. A webdesigner has made a complete site for us, and
I got a zip-file from them with the package to install on our website. I'm using Install Local Package, but the upload stops at 12% and starts at 1% again... In an endless loop..

Does anyone have any tips for me?? :)
