I've done three fresh installs of 7.0.1, but each time I get an error that the inital user created during setup doesnt exist.  The install seems to progress smoothly until creation of that first Admin account.  The error thrown is:No member with username 'admin' exists

Any guidance would be much appreciated.  The database is populated with tables and and some user data for this inital Admin user, but something seems to go awry.  Thanks.
