I have a very strange problem, my cms backend is working, but the pages don't serve and result in a "server unavailble error" and this log entry:
"Faulting application aspnet_wp.exe, version 2.0.50727.3082, stamp 492b8702, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.5781, stamp 49c4f482, debug? 0, fault address 0x00012afb.For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp."
Does someone have a idea what's going wrong? When i test another umbraco website (same version/files) it's working ok....
I have no strange self created controls in my bin, so something must go wrong in xslt and or masterpages.....
Check permissions on the folders in your website.
I had a similar problem. For me it was unsufficient permission on the folders in Windows.

GRRRRRRRRR
To test a function in the past, i added this line: <xsl:value-of select="umbraco.library:RenderTemplate(1056)"/>
Forgot to remove this tag, and after weeks i did not remember it was still in my code :(
is working on a reply...
