    Best hosting provider for a shared web hosting environment

    Hi,

    I am developing a new site for college alumnis and was looking to host on a shared web hoting environment.

    I have tried GoDaddy but there is alot of hassle in terms of permissions and stuff.

    I need some web-hosting companies that anybody has some good experience working with them. I need some 20gb of space(generally unlimited these days as provided by various companies) and a SQL server. I dont think there is need for a dedicated server.

    All suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Please check http://www.arvixe.com/asp_net_web_hosting. I am using it and very happy with them. Their support, service is great to me and price is also reasonable.

    Hi Aditya,

    For umbraco hosting, I would recommend you to check asphostportal.com. They fully support .NET feature
