    Transferring 6.1.2 to new server

    I am very new to Umbraco. We have a website using 6.1.2 with SQL CE that needs to be moved to another hosting company. The developer created a zip file with all of the data included. The database is an sdf file. I have uploaded all of the files and make some edits to the web.config file however, I am not able to get the site up and running. Can anyone help?
