    How to use RavenDB as Database for Umbraco?

    Hi,

    According to my requirement i want to use RavenDB to UmbracoCMS 6.1.6. Can anyone please let me know is there way to achieve this?

    Hi Anil.

    I don´t think that it´s possible to use RavenDB as database for Umbraco.

    If you see the system requirements, for the Umbraco 6.x.x the databases that the version supports it´s SQL CE, SQL Server 2008 (Express and higher) or MySQL

    I think you need to use SQL Server, SQL Server Compat or MySQL for Umbraco - however you may be able to use Rave to speed queries as they do in uCommerce on Umbraco - see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDYL6wDknxU for more info.
