Document Types Alias: Hooomeeeaaeeppaaageee

i have download and install new umbraco 7.1.6 and after install i have try to start site but there are errors with Document Type Aiases, all aliases are changed and looks like Hooomeeeaaapagheee, Bloeeeaaeaag

I am trying to change them but this is not possible, i have look in debugger and see there is ajax request

/umbraco/RestServices/CoreStrings/ToSafeAlias?value=hooooaaammeeecjjfjs&_=1410700655459

What is this !?!?!?
