I have an Umbraco site running in Azure, set up the default way and published to the Azure site and running the database on Azure as well. It's a Shared plan with a single instance. Whenever I make content changes on the Azure site, I see them reflected immediately in the admin, but I have to do a "republish entire site" command to get the changes to push to the public site. This works for content, but if I have properties in media (like a caption field) then the changes aren't immediately reflected.
I'd like to get it such that when changes are made to the admin, they reflect without having to do the "republish entire site" command. I talked to someone on Twitter who mentioned setting up configs for distributed calls, but Azure doesn't give some of the IP information, etc, needed for such a thing. And there's a wild variety of articles on the subject of Azure which don't necessarily play to the latest version of Umbraco.
Umbraco on Azure - Requires Republish Site

Any assistance would be helpful. Thanks.
