    Missing media entries after site publish and entire site republish

    Installing umbraco

    Hi All,

    I'm working with visual studio 2013 making an Umbraco 6.2.4 site (1 project). After publishing the site to the production server and republishing the entire site locally using http://DomainName/Umbraco/dialogs/republish.aspx?xml=true all my media picker items have to be updated manually.

    Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

    Hi Luuk,

    Did you have the images in the media section in Umbraco, or did they also missing in there.

    If so, I think what you need is to copy over the Media folder from your local installation to your production installation.

    Images in the media section in Umbraco are been saving as files on the desk in the folder called Media.
