    Installing 4.0.3 on Windows7

    I'd try install new version of Umbraco - 4.0.3, and after I configure IIS and try run it. I recieve error

    Request for the permission of type 'System.Web.AspNetHostingPermission, System, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed.

    But it's interesting that beta of 4.0.3 do not need this settings?

    Is there any reason for that?
