I was going through the configuration wizard and step 2 fails. I looked into the issue and the data folder does not have 90% of the files/folders (in this case the wizard can't find the vistadb folder that is missing) it's supposed to. I redownloaded the zip from codeplex but the files are not there. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

I presume you downloaded version 4.0.3 right?
Dirk has reported this also, so I guess it's a known issue.
In the data-folder, there should be 3 subfolders: _systemUmbracoIndexDontDelete, packages (with 2 subfolders, created and installed) and vistadb

Yes Peter I downloaded 4.0.3.
I also read that those folders are 'supposed' to be there but all I have are:
packages
---created
---installed
and the access.xml file.
Is there somewhere I can get the others?
You can simply create the empty folders and that's all that's needed. The folders simply need to be present.
