No Umbraco Contour is a Umbraco commercial addon developed by the HQ, and you need to buy a license for this product to use it in your live environment. For test you can installed it on your localhost and try it before you buy a license.
On you localhost you have the full version of Contour, but you will see a yellow top graphic in the section for Contour where it says something like. "Contour is running in trail mode..." The only thing when you are running in trail mode is when you get the email, from the workflow it not sending the inputs that the user type into the form, it replace it with. Empty due to Umbraco Contour in trial mode
