Yes Umbraco does support multi-language sites. As mentioned in another post you can use the Vorto package for instance.
Or you can create a site tree for each language, which is a common approach as well. There is support for different cultures and there is a dictionary that can be used for translating stuff like labels, button texts etc. on a page design.
What is your current setup and will you need to translate the site 1-1 or just parts of the site? The approach on how to do it depends on your needs I guess.
