I created a nice Visual Studio Project and locally the Umbraco is running fine. I just struggle now with the deployment on Azure. First of all most of the folders in the project explorer are grayed out and don't belong to the project as it seems. So if I deploy it to a fresh webserver/db I basically get a page telling me, nothing there to show cause there is no content.

Hi, just playing around with Umbraco and Azure.
