I am in the process of upgrading from 4.0.3 to 4.11.9. I may upgrade further later but I have had numerous issues. Notably, the database upgrading hangs at 20%. I have followed the version specific upgrade guide but it does not mention what needs to happen to go up from 4.0.3. I have resolved a number of issues already using this and other guides.
I also do not have access to the acknowledged upgrade path considering 4.11.9 is the lowest available package. Perhaps someone else has had this issue or can point me to a trustworthy repository of stable umbraco versions between 4.0.3 and 4.11.9 so that I can follow the recommended path.
For the repository of stable Umbraco versions between 4.0.3 and 4.11.9 so that you can follow the recommended path. Take a look at Lee KelleherĀ“s unofficial Umbraco archive, he also recommend a upgrade path. http://code.leekelleher.com/umbraco/archive/
