    Where are the SQL scripts for installation?

    I'm probably being an idiot but I can't see install instructions for doing a straight, manual install on MsSQL 2005 or 2008 - where are the scripts for example? I can only see installation instructions for SQLExpress or VistaDB. How do I do it from scratch, manually, on a proper web hosting environment?

    Ok, the installer creates the database .. solved!
