    SQL Server 2008?

Can the latest version of Umbraco work with SQL Server 2008?

I run all of my local umbraco sites for testing, development etc. on SQL 2008 and some on SQLexpress 2008, and it works flawlessly.

Umbraco has support for MSSQL, MySQL, VistaDB and other databases. So you are not limitied to one choice of database, even though I will recomment using MSSQL or MSSQL express.
