Umbraco site with no ftp access - How to Version Control?

Hello everyone!

Time to start using Umbraco for me, i got a question regarding version control/GIT.

The company i work for, won't give FTP access, so i have to do everything from the Umbraco backend... but my question is, how can i have a proper version control that way?
