The folders are still there, click on the "Show all files" button. We've chosen to only expose the folders that we think you should use. We think MasterPages, UserControls and XSLT are not a great technology to use any more in v7 so we don't show those by default. You can still include whichever folder you want in your solution but we believe these make the most sense at the moment.

Is it by design, that the NuGet package ain't generating the same folders from version 7.2.2 and up?
