after upgrading the Umbraco nuget package from 7.3.4 to 7.3.5 the installation upgrade screen keeps looping indefinitely asking to complete the last steps of the upgrade. This occurs only on the deployed Azure website, but not if we run it locally through visual studio (the installation completes successfully after clicking on upgrade, instead of looping back to the same page).

after upgrading the Umbraco nuget package from 7.3.4 to 7.3.5 the installation upgrade screen keeps looping indefinitely asking to complete the last steps of the upgrade.
