    Install local package doesn't show up

    I'm trying to install a package, but the option to install isn't under the Packages node.  We recently upgraded to 4.0.3 from 3.0.5.

    Hi Trent,

    Check if the "created\createdPackages.config" and "installed\installedPackages.config" folders/files are there in the "\data\packages" directory ... and that they have the correct permissions.

    If not, then they should be in the v4.0.3 install zip.
