I've not used Pro, but I was under the impression it came with an installer, at least accoring to the info here: http://umbraco.org/products, so I'd assume that you just need to run that.......
Are you having a specific problem installing? If so, please post details of the issue you're having, and we'll try and help. Its certainly possible to set up the non-pro version of 4.0.3 on win2008, I have several large umbraco sites runing that version on a win2008 box.
