Hi,
I've just finished developing a web site on a local machine. Now i want it to be published on a host server. So,the steps should be:
1. I install umbraco on server
2. I copy database from localhost to host server
3. I copy all umbraco files from localhost to host server.
Is there anything else?

I think that's all you need, and make sure you change the connection string in the web.config if needed, and the email server as well if you are sending email.
Make sure you set up all of the correct file permissions or you will likely run into problems, see the following reference http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/files-and-folders/permissions
