    Error configuring on IIS5.1

    Hi,

    I am using "Umbraco 4" my iis version is 5.1. I have configured the site on IIS according to the instructions but I got the error

     

    "

    Parser Error

    Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately.

    Parser Error Message: The virtual path '/masterpages/Main.master' maps to another application, which is not allowed.

    Source File: /Umbraco/masterPages/FrontPage.master"


    so I placed "~" in path. Now I am having the following error, I do not know the reason of this. Please tell me hoe to resolve it.

    Are you installing it in a virtual directory? Umbraco does not support virtual directories until 4.1 is released.

    Yes I have created virtual directory for it. Now have I to upgrade to newer version?
