I finally got Beta 2 of Umbraco 4.1 running on my Medium Trust host (I had to fight my way through the installation though). It seems to be running fine as far as I can tell.
Although there is one issue that is mor or less showstopping the entire site. I cannot get the umbracoRedirect-property to work.
If I go to mydomain.com I reach my "master" page, and not the first subpage to my masterpage.
I have set the umbracoRedirect property on the document type entitled Master and chosen "Page1.aspx" as the redirect target (it's not actually called Page1.aspx, but I use that name here), but I still end up att the Master-page when I go to mydomain.com.
If I go to mydomain.com/Page1.aspx I reach the desired page.
Is this a bug in the Beta version or am I missing something in my configuration?
Not sure if this makes sense to me, but by "Master" i assume you mean the root node?Perhaps you're not redirecting correctly? Do you pass the id of the target node or have you just mentioned "page1.aspx".
