Site Created but not accessible through localhost

I have just created a site watching video from Umbraco. All is well but I cannot se my site after publishing. I am accesssing both through http://localhost as well as IP. What should I do?? There is only one page and a child page under Content node.

Aamir,

Did you asign a template to that only page you've created?

Hi Aamir,
1. Did you create any templates?
2. If so try right clicking the 'Content' node and select 'Republish entire site.

Thanks for your timely reply..

I have just added a line in template file..works fine with localhost..but what about the elements/properties added in contents?? Video has no mention of using templates...Kindly clarify what next..

Problem resolved...Thanks..I was going little too fast..the next video solved the query..I was really missing the template step. Thanks again.
