This post pretty much summs up the current landscape of commerce in umbraco

The only other one to keep an eye out for is super simple webshop, which should hopefully be released soon (http://www.supersimplewebshop.com/)
I have personal experience implementing uCommerce, and have also created a simple custom solution.
But I guess the questions is really, what exactly do you need it to do?
