I'm not sure off the top of my head whether theres any package in the community that will help you do this, but I'm currently working on a MVC based facebook application and I'd be happy to give you some pointers. Or perhaps collaborate on a package if one doesn't already exist?
I know this is an old thread, but in case someone else is looking for something like this, uShare is a package that currently shares to Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter from the backoffice. Feel free to get the source code and extend it further if required, but hopefully if would provide a good starting point.
