I have installed the Faq Module on my umbraco site but keep getting this error and im not sure how to fix it

This error is there as soon as i install the module, i have not changed any settings all it did was install and then publish the faq pages, and this is the result?
Did you install it on version 4.5.x of Umbraco ?
it only supports versions up to 4.0.x
Im not sure, is there a way of finding out what version im running?
