Where did you install Umbraco (shared hosting, dedicated server, local server, ...)? Looks like you just can't connect to http://packages.umbraco.org, which can have a multitude of reasons:
1. Is the firewall blocking traffic?
2. The OS's security features might not allow this connection

I have problem installing Runway package because everytime this problem appears:
"No connection to repository. Runway could not be installed as there was no connection to: 'http://packages.umbraco.org'"
Does anyone have any solution what to do. If I'm correct there is not option to install it manually?

1. Is the firewall blocking traffic?
2. The OS's security features might not allow this connection
3. http://packages.umbraco.org is temporarily down or unreachable
and many more. First thing I would do is see if you can access the repository on the same machine in a web browser. Any luck there?
