    I'm sometimes using the jquery cycle plugin http://jquery.malsup.com/cycle/ - Maybe the Nivo slider plugin for jquery could also be an option: http://nivo.dev7studios.com/

    These should be pretty straight forward for you to implement using XSLT.

    Thanks Jan,

    I recognize the Nivo slider from the business starterkit  in Umbraco Juno Beta. This slider worked perfect for me. I wonder if I can just copy the code that starter kit and use it in my Umbraco 4.5.2 install.

    Maybe you can - Have not tried it on Juno so I don't know what it looks like. But I guess it should be possible. Give it go :-)
