You'll be missing a lot of features but if you want to download it's in the Other downloads tab on Codeplex downloads http://umbraco.codeplex.com/releases/view/59025

I agree with Richard that you'll be missing out on a bunch of great new features. But if you really need to downgrade have a look at the versions available on codeplex.
If you for some weird reason want to go waaay back then you could have a look at the unofficial umbraco archive: http://code.leekelleher.com/umbraco/archive/ :-)
