This worked for me:

In this file:
config/restExtensions.config

Find this:
<ext assembly="Runway.Blog" type="Runway.Blog.Library.Base" alias="umbBlog">

Change to this:
<ext assembly="Runway.Blog" type="Runway.Blog.Library.Base" alias="RunwayBlog">
