I have been following a tutorial in the Umbraco site where i created a webpage. I created masterpages and doc types.
My question.
Where are the aspx pages stored when i create a new page in the Content.

You have a misunderstanding about how this works.
Umbraco handles the requests to .aspx files and delivers the page, so if you had /news.aspx page, there is no actual physical news.aspx file.
It might take a little while to adjust your understanding, however I would follow the Umbraco.TV guides and it will make sense soon enough.
