Just wondering if the Umbraco system can handle the following scenario:
I would like to have one template/design that is managed by an administrator. This template will be used by multiple different websites/domains that would be on the same instance. Each website will have it's own administrator that will be able to manage the content on that website. If the template is changed at the top level this will be reflected in the child websites.
Is this sort of system possible? Hope it makes sense.
It is possible to have a master-template, that is used ny weveral domains, in the same Umbraco-installation. On each of the domains, you need to set up a hostname inside of umbraco. We are running a solution for a client, where they have three different domains in the same Umbraco installation. and all of the domains are using the same template. So yes, this is possible :)

Damn those typos. Sorry.
It shouldn't say: "that is used ny weveral domains"
But of course: "that is used by several domains"
